These Terms govern your use of the Apna AI Pandit app and the website https://apnaaipandit.com (the "Service"), operated by Umesh Kumar (proprietor) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer.
1. The Service
Apna AI Pandit offers Vedic astrology tools, including:
Kundli (birth chart), Panchang, Kundli matching, numerology and Rashifal;
chat and voice consultations with AI Pandit personas;
free and paid reports, including palm and face reading and yearly predictions.
The Pandits in the app are AI personas, not human astrologers. Replies are generated by software from astrological calculations and AI language models.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
You sign in with your mobile number and an OTP. You are responsible for all activity on your account; keep your phone secure.
Give accurate birth details. Results depend on them, and we are not responsible for results based on wrong details.
One person should not create multiple accounts to misuse welcome bonuses or offers. If they do, we may block those accounts.
3. Wallet, pricing and payments
Paid features are charged from your in-app wallet. Recharge it through the payment options shown in the app.
Chat and voice call are charged per minute at the rate shown before you start; part minutes count as a full minute. Paid reports are charged at the price shown before you confirm.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices. A price change does not affect a session or order that has already started.
Wallet balance is not cash. It cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and it earns no interest. Bonus or promotional credit may expire and is never refundable.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful;
harass others or impersonate any person;
try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or bypass the security, rate limits or billing of the Service;
use automated tools to send messages, or try to make the AI produce harmful content;
resell the Service or its content without our written permission. Developers must use our official API under separate terms.
We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Wallet balance on accounts closed for abuse or fraud is forfeited.
5. Nature of astrology and AI content
Astrology is a traditional belief system. It is not science, and it can be interpreted in different ways. AI replies can be incomplete or wrong. Everything in the Service is for guidance and entertainment only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions based only on the Service. See our Disclaimer.
6. Your content
You own the information you submit: questions, birth details, photos and voice. You give us a limited licence to use it to provide and improve the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit any family member's details or photos you add.
7. Our content and intellectual property
The app, website, design, software, text, reports and AI Pandit personas are owned by us or our licensors. You may use reports generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Availability
We try to keep the Service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a third-party provider fails. Features may change or be withdrawn. If a paid chat, call or report fails because of our error, the Refund Policy applies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
the Service is provided "as is";
we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the Service;
our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims and losses that arise from your misuse of the Service or from breaking these Terms.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time: Account → tap your name at the top → Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or the law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Pratappur, Chatra, Jharkhand 825404. Before going to court, please contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve the issue.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If you continue to use the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms. For significant changes we will notify you in the app.
