Delete your Apna AI Pandit account
This page explains how to delete your Apna AI Pandit account (app package com.apnaaipandit.astrology) and what happens to your data.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
Open Apna AI Pandit and sign in.
Go to Account and tap your name at the top (or Saved Profiles).
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately.
Option 2 — Without the app
Email [[email protected]] from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. To confirm you own the account, we will ask you to reply with the OTP we send to that number. We complete the deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your mobile number is removed from the account and you are signed out on all devices.
Birth profiles, chat history, saved facts, voice call recordings and transcripts, palm and face photos, and generated reports are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
Push notification tokens are removed.
What is kept, and why
Payment and wallet transaction records (amount, date and gateway reference) are kept for up to 8 years, because tax and accounting laws require it. They are no longer linked to your mobile number.
Security logs are kept for up to 180 days to prevent fraud.

Unused wallet balance is forfeited; see our Refund Policy.
You can sign up again later with the same number, but this creates a new, empty account.
To delete just one family member's profile without closing your account, open that profile in the app and delete it.
